- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪In the 4/5 hours we spent in the ER we only saw Dr. Patricia Gunter for all of 2 minutes after waiting almost an hour and a half for a potassium test. She was rushing to leave the room and would not let us ask our questions. There was only one nurse that was helpful and kind and the rest of the experience was extremely unsatisfactory. The extra drive to a Spectrum Health hospital would have been well worth the effort after what my mother and father had to deal with.December 26, 2016by abe ortiz
