- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Was pushed into a septoplasty by his office, told it'd alleviate my symptoms. My concerns in the weeks following surgery were all laughed off, 8 weeks later I still can't breathe through my nose, and have constant pain, pressure, and bleeding from the supposedly "healed" side where he made the incision. At my final post-surgery checkup he didn't listen to anything I said and just kept saying "everything is fine and your nose looks straight" and to see him again in two months, even though he agreed I shouldn't still be having these symptoms so long after surgery. Pfennig is just looking to get money quick by talking you into surgery, regardless of whether or not it helps, and then will tell you he can't do anything when your symptoms are worse than ever afterwords. Avoid him and Grand Rapids ENT like the plague if you value your ability to breathe through your nose.July 03, 2017by Frank Jaeger
